I would go see your psychiatrist and other doctor and ask them if it is okay to a stop to taking your medications.

I'm surprised that your doctor has not suggested fixing the question causing your depression. To be on anti depressants so long is not healthy and they are not amicable to get off because your body becomes use to them. Try councelling or a psychiatrist for

Stop when the doctor says so. If you stop off and are feeling depressed, send a message my way, i am always willing to cheer citizens up and that might just make you not depressed anymore.
